NARRATIVE

I took my dog out and looked up and saw two bright green, what looked like still meteors. They slowly faded away after a few minutes.
I thought it could be a laser but it was above the clouds and there was no beam.
This is the second time I’ve seen this, the first time was roughly a month ago.
