Bright white disc flying very low altitude moving East to West was not a shooting star, plane or satellite.

Bright white disc slightly bigger than a plane (very bright). Flying low altitude approximately 0105hrs in the morning. It was not an airplane or shooting star. The speed of craft was faster than an airplane which would be landing at Bournemouth or Southampton Airport. I saw this Twice in the space of 1 hour. And then the lights just turned off whilst the craft would still have been in view as if it just vanished.
And a few months ago before I saw this with my own eyes. I was driving my own personal car where there was like an electro magnetic pulse and my car made a humming sound and like a little pop and my car just randomly turned off and factory reset itself whilst I was on the road at about 1230hrs in the morning
