Noticed a circular object in the day time sky, non aircraft.

NARRATIVE

I saw the object and began watching it taking photos and videos. It did not appear to be an airplane and it did not appear on the FlightAware app. It was moving in a straight line and was circular, shiny in color, reflective and there was only one. I’m not sure what it is but thought it was worth reporting. In the video an aircraft flew somewhat close by perhaps someone on board is a witness.
 I did call earlier and I spoke to Peter Davenport about this.
