My brother in law and I were outside hanging out when we noticed strange lights in the sky, too bright to be satellite or stars

My spouse and I visited her sister and husband for a few hours in July of 2021. When my brother-in-law and I stepped outside around 10:30 pm, we saw a group of stationary lights in the sky. They were too bright to be stars but also too luminous to be any aircraft we'd ever seen. There was another object with a blue-green haze to the left of the main object. The main object had a haze color that illuminated out, like a light bulb. The objects remained stationary for the entire time we were outside, around 10 minutes. No noise or sound was noticed from the object. We were unable to tell how far away the object may have been.
