There was some clouds but the light seemed to be beneath the clouds. Crossed over faster than the Navy jets that fly over us.

NARRATIVE

The star like light was brighter than the brightest light from a
satellite or star and it was a white light with no blinking or color, just white. It took about one minute to cross from Western sky to Eastern sky. I could see some stars through the clouds but this light Appeared to be below the clouds. Checked the time and it was 10:00pm.
