My friend an I took a walk in Manhattan one night but not near anything of interest, there was no one around and we were near the United Nations building area.

What happened the second before that was:
we were across the sidewalk and curb lawn maybe 20-30 ft
She was glowing from inside and tall and beautiful, surrounded by people who were saying farewell as she got in a car.
the problem was she was emitting a light like her body had a light in it from her face, it was night and they were not in a lit area of the street, the other problem was my friend an I both only seemed to suddenly realize what we'd seen once we were past it and our backs were to it, maybe five or ten paces or like 4-5 big sidewalk concrete squares worth of walking, and we both said the same thing to each other all of a sudden. did you see that glowing lady/ did you see that lady glowing.
I don't think I even turned back around because I knew she was already in the car she was getting into.
