It came down from the sky twirling multiple connected orbs metalic. It came down to the water and went up into the clouds.

At first I thought it was a deflating weather ballon. It looked like it came down from the sky while slowing twirling. Like 6 shiney metalic orbs. I watched it for maybe 3 minutes. It came down to the water at almost the exact coordinates I provided. It was between Mill Basin Island and the New York City Department of Sanitation facility like you see in the map. Then it floated up into the sky and started traveling toward the Astoria/Long Island City coast. My window faces the water and I'm on the 15th Floor of my building in Manhattan. The sun was on it. I saw it keep going up and up and up till it disappeared into the cotton shapped looking clouds. It was so high I was afraid it would get into an airplane engine. It is a bright sunny day.
