I've seen this phenomena multiple times over the past few weeks, hovering and sometimes making quick movements in the sky.

These objects seem like floating stars, only larger & brighter. Prior to last night, I saw only one (in the east and southeast sky). It was there as long as I stood looking at it, each time I observed it. At first, it seemed like it could be a drone with a large bright light. However, numerous times it made quick movements up and down or side to side. It is unlike any aircraft, i.e. helicopter, jet, etc. going from point A to B. It just hovers in the same spot, like a balloon, but is unlike a balloon in that it makes those quick movements. Last night, I saw one in the southeast sky and, for the first time, one in the western sky. Prior to that, I saw the one in the east or southeast sky almost every night when the sky is clear before going to bed (around 10 pm) and on Wednesdays when going and returning from an obligation at 1:50 to 3:10 am.
