Many non twinkling white lights no tail no engine sound then lights out.

On 8/7/23 I was out with my horses when I saw this light in the clear night sky (it appeared like a led shop light...long.. no tail) around 9:15 - 9:45pm coming from the west heading east. Not going upwards or downward....level with the ground. So I just stood there and watched. I did not have my phone on me and I thought about getting my husband so he could see this...but I was afraid I would miss something. As it (only one craft) got closer I could see the lights...lots of them. They were like spot lights (white no flashing) based off the lights it appeared to be rectangular about the size of 7 airplanes. No sound, very graceful, moving slowly, appeared to be slower than the airplanes that are always going by my place. It had these spot lights on its side spaced evenly apart in a straight line, then a spot light above and below streaming at an angle (not straight up or down). Appeared to be at a lower altitude then most the airplanes too. Then it was like lights out, it all went dark. I saw a email on 8/8/23 am about the Falcon 9 that was launched out of southern CA. About the same time. I Looked at those pictures thinking this would explain what I saw. This was nothing like that. I or the horses were not affected by this. I was just in awe and curious as to what this was.
