NARRATIVE

A bright light appeared in the clear low moisture Northwest sky. It appeared to be a drone or helicopter in the low level distance with a searchlight however the altitude was difficult to judge. It was traveling parallel to the horizon, NW to SE at what appeared to be a slow rate of speed. The object did not have leave a re-entry trail. The object ultimately exhibited a plume of visible moisture or smoke from the leading portion, and disappeared. No ADSB hits at the time. There was a starlink cluster in the area but this was a single object. It was very high altitude based on video. Multiple reports from at least 5+ mile radius and possibly 200+ mile on social media.
