NARRATIVE

I noticed a bright light more intense than any star ive seen before rise over the tree tops. At first i thought it was the comet we was expecting until i realized it was barely moving. Every 5 to 10 minutes it would dim completly about 20 seconds then come back as intense as before. After full sunrise it was undetectable in the sky. Then tonight 09/09/23 at 11 pm i seen it rising above the trees in the exact same spot. Its not a star
