On January 5, 1995 at 2105hr a carrier aircraft landed in woods near the town of Sumner, Washington. The next 25 days many people reported to police and news medias that they were seeing small ships craft left 
ALL IS WELL.
RECOMMENDATIONS.
Appointment of a Ambassador to earth's neighbors.
The Ambassador will do public relations for the people they must stay calm.
The government is scared, if your afraid of something you reject it.
The Army Air Defense had to handle that landing in 1995.
We need a Ambassador to handle the next landing.
They fly by fluid ion drive the bright light red or green or white is a plasma shielding made possible by two anodes one on top one underneath. Basically silent running except when they fly over trees with leafs. The ions hit the leafs making a popping crackling sound.
