Aicraft froze for 2hrs in Sky with strange lights and Contrails surrounding and bright sphere in closeby tree linked to contrail

My Mum and Sister saw a plane during travelling to Staines on Thames Surrey UK when my mum noticed a plane seemed to be frozen in time in the sky. Was upset by the sighting and felt uneasy. Once the visit ended 2 hours later she saw what seems to be the same plane still frozen in place in the sky at the same location. This freaked her out and she took a photo which showed a series of lights that trailed nearby all linked by direction changing contrails which seemed to link to a light sitting in the nearby tree.
Photo is most clear on her phone when zoomed in. On transferring to other devices become less clear and pixelated.
This was a really distressing scenario to my mum as she felt no one would believe her, though she told us and we could see from the picture something weird is going on.
Perhaps all the lights are the same craft travelling close to speed of light that froze the image of the passing plane behind?
Very strange and creepy, a real hair raiser.
