NARRATIVE

Ring video from two cameras pointing north east and east show a light in the north east sky rising from what appears to be coming from behind the trees. Attached are screen recordings of the Ring videos.
Once off camera it did seem to shine a light toward the north east ground for another 37 minutes video.
Original video would not download since the cameras detected no motion they viewed and didn't record.
Reporting mainly due to the surveillance balloons found in areas of the country. Its very hard to tell at night what you are looking at.
