Expanding and contracting distant white object

A stationary white distant object that changed shape and size was observed in the sky by two witnesses. Initially it was slightly brighter and larger than Venus, which made the two witnesses (husband and wife) take notice because it seemed unusual and out of place. Multiple times the object changed shapes, expanded in size, and shrunk back down to its original size. The camera was a Samsung A11 smartphone which was zoomed to its maximum during the whole time images were taken. The other witness was watching the object unaided, and also with binoculars, and independently verified what he saw confirmed the behavior of the object as shown by the images. After about a ten minute period, they stopped watching and walked back into their home perplexed by what they both saw.
