At first it was stationary bright green light then flashed then flew away then showed up back at same spot but a red color this time

I was facing south at first when I noticed a bright green light in the sky to the west of me and I started to watch it when it started to flash the green light and started to fly away further and higher when it disappeared then all of a sudden at the original spot a bright red light was there hovering then flashing then started to move behind some clouds and disappeared again before it showed back up and started to descend before it just disappeared out of sight. I can’t tell the shape of it but I do have video and one picture. Also I called out to my dad and he seen the same thing. This was few miles to the west of my location
