2 large lights and shooting lights

On 10/6/23 looking west 2 large white lights were stationary behind a cloud. Lights were not consistently on. It would light up and pulsate then other lights would shoot out very fast in different directions. About 20 mins later those shooting lights came back from the direction they left and went into the large white lights. There wasn't any sound and the speed was many many times faster than a jet. Then on 10/8/23 the same 2 large lights were seen in appx the same area, but this time there were small lights that came out and went back. There wasn't a beam of light like it would be if it were coming from the ground. This was cloudy or foggy underneath, like it was emitting through the clouds, similar to how a jet would look. I wasn't able to record on the first night. The second night I caught part of the large lights (which look blue in the video) and the small lights. *Videos are cut to the time frame with objects*
