NARRATIVE

Noticed bright bar of light, not flashing, and wondered what it was.  Almost immediately after I noticed and stared it sent out out a fan of what looked like water with distinct lines similar to a hose end yard sprinkler.  Quickly it turned to mist and cloaked the bar of light.  Turned the object into a hazy sphere blending into the sky until it vanished.  Slow moving and silent.  Wish I could have taken my phone out but had hands full of mail and was walking dog.  Happened within about 2 minutes.
