NARRATIVE

My wife and I saw a bright circle in the sky similar to a star, except it was brighter and formed a perfect circular shape. It appeared to be moving very quickly. It released smoke or gas in the air, which was released in a circular form, similar to someone blowing a ring a smoke from a cigarette. It was flying higher than commercial aircraft at the same time. It was moving southwest from 78660 at approximately 1930 on 13 October 2023. My fear was that it could be releasing hazardous toxins in the air.
