Bright light high in the sky, to the west, about 30 deg up from the horizon. Similar to a star or planet in the sky. Looks like a shiny white spear using binoculars. Not moving very fast. Don’t believe it is Jupiter or Venus using a sky app for current planet locations. Suspect a weather balloon, but I have no idea.
