2 lights were orbiting each other then one stopped moving in the same spot as Jupiter rises.

2 lights around maybe 200 feet long were orbiting each other in the eastern part of the night sky. First going slow then circling each other very fast to the point of almost touching. Then after about 45 seconds or so, one flew west a little low to the ground towards California or Westard. While the little bit bigger orb or craft stayed in places where Jupiter would be normally in the sky for the night. 3 people in total saw it and all said the same thing and all agreed none of them made any noises.
