Bright orb spotted moving across sky over Loveland, CO

During a night time training for airport employees, someone pointed out a large, orange orb maneuvering about 10 degrees above the horizon. It appeared like an aircraft landing light flying through a cloud, or like a street light in fog. Stars could be seen clearly behind the orb, confirming that there were no clouds in the area. Additionally, to the south of the orb, there were aircraft flying. These aircraft looked completely different. It was noted that there were no red or green lights associated with the orb, as would be expected from an aircraft. As someone that has worked in aviation for many years, it was very clearly not an aircraft light. The orb seemed to be radiating energy, as opposed to just being a light. The orb was maneuvering in a manner that seemed very controlled (slowly changed course). After about 30 seconds, it appeared to slowly dim until it was gone. According to ADSB data found on FlightRadar24, there were no aircraft in the vicinity of where the orb was spotted. In terms of size, it appeared very large, although we could not see any kind of craft at all - just the haze around it.
The associated video was taken near when the orb dimmed out. It had already started dimming, and appeared much brighter than it did by the time the video was recorded.
