Could not see this with the naked eye. I believe it was in an infrared spectrum because phone cameras pick up infrared.

NARRATIVE

I was taking a picture through the skyline and I saw these two blips on my screen and then I found them again and took two pictures within 3 seconds of each other. This thing is definitely a UAP. It's not a lens flare because it's not bright. I've also included a photo that I enhanced with luminosity. It's the one with the brown tint.
