NARRATIVE

I noticed what I thought at first was two escaped balloons, but as it got closer it looked like two balls attached and rotating round (almost like bicycle pedals). I took a video and the people I showed it to suggested it might be a drone, but having finally looked up different types of drones, here don't seem to be any like this.
The video won't upload so I've attached a screen shot from it
