My house is on the flight path to Toronto Intl Airport. Planes drop their landing gear over my house this object traveling 10x faster

This was a clear night and this object was completely lit up and clear. The lighting seemed amber in colour. It zipped across the sky from the west to north east at the speed if you were watching a teacher draw an arch on a black board. I usually take out recycles at this time before calling it a night and look up often. We have a small airport near by and the big airliners go right over our house to turn left and proceed to Toronto Intl. At 11pm not much Airliners are moving on this pathway but I watched this object come over my garage and zip across the sky at about 30,000 feet (guessing). No wings, just a ball with lights and it was gone.
