Saw it as I was heading home,it felt like something was digging around my head but I got a photo

It looked like the ufos you see in movies and was moving horizontally and the lights flashed then paused for a few seconds then flashed again, like a pulse. When I tried getting pictures, my phone started lagging as if something was preventing me from getting an image. I definitely observed one but as I watched it, it felt like something was in my mind. It disappeared and I went inside. Despite how far it was, before and after the encounter I could and can still smell a burnt metallic scent and I can feel something pulsing in my head, the same rhythm as the ship was. This isn’t the first time I have seen it, in fact it is the fourth time. However I dismissed it the first few times
