Noticed very bright light to my left as it approached I slowed down the lights got brighter

NARRATIVE

As the lights got closer the aircraft came into view it was large the lights were so bright I had to squint to see the aircraft it was large and very close to the ground as if it was landing. It was not spinning it was hovering the circle of lights was stationary under the aircraft. It did not fly away I was afraid to stop on the dark road.
