3 stationary white out of focus very bright lights in a line east to west about 6 degrees apart (the width of fingers)

I was standing near a south facing window in my house in Northern Pend Oreille County WA. On 13 November around 11pm I saw three very bright Lights that looked like very bright “out of focus” stars in a horizontal line each was about 6 degrees spacing along the ecliptic in the direction of SWW. I thought for a moment that I should take a photo but realized the lights would not make a good photo. They did not seem to be moving. I debated on waking my husband up and instead went to bed. I told my husband about this the next morning and he mentioned that after looking on stelerium that Orion’s belt was in that area but it was not in a horizontal line. Jupiter was visible farther to the west. On the 14th and 15th I noticed military aircraft circling the area south of our house.
