NARRATIVE

I saw a white object segmented into 2 with dark ring dividing, white glow around outside, moved slowly maybe at a standstill until I noticed and started taking pictures, then sped up, slowed down again, sped up. This slow and fast speed occurred about three times before disappearing! I watched this for about 20 minutes. Clear blue sky with no clouds in sight.
