Glowing bluish white light M&M shaped object ~1 mile above Maine

Was in hot tub, facing North, looking skyward. Low haze, but not super overcast, sky was mostly clear/normal. My wife was with me but not facing in direction to see it.
Object was not there, sky was empty, then object - it was the shape (and at arms length, the size) of an M&M - appeared - fully lit - in sky at ~45 deg. The weird part was it was already moving at significant speed when it appeared. Also appeared to be fully unwaveringly illuminated the whole time with no trails or dissapation. Traveled ~15 inches across the sky in ~2 seconds, from East to West at a downward trajectory. It looked like it was a mile or so away. Disappeared just as quickly. Did not appear to fizzle out, just disappeared.
I have seen hundreds of shooting stars, it was NOT a shooting star.
It was of a size that if it was an object, it was large enough to be seen on radar.
