Summary : Approx 2200 an auto sized bright blue object caught the eye of my family. Stopping @ a stopsign I rolled down the window to hear the noise the "helicopter" made. To my surprise there was no noise from the illuminated blue object traveling across the sky @ a slow rate of speed (east to west) approx.75 ft. in the air.
