Hello Peter.
I don't know if you got the translation for this yet (below), so here's my lil help.
 
"I was in front of my vacation house, looking at the sky, facing west, then I saw a spheric blue object, like a gas bubble. It was about 10 meters from the ground level, moving horizontaly like a mini comet."  
((I assume she means moving fast by that.))
