NARRATIVE

I just don't understand why you guys haven't gotten in touch with the other people involved. The OOD at the time of the incident refused to make a log entry in his log. However he was only one of many witnesses. You guys should really check this out. 
I've seen some obvious hoaxes here and this was a real encounter'
We have written the source of this statement, and requested that he contact the other witnesses, and have them submit reports, too.  PD
