The gentleman that reported this event could check Patrick Henry airport in Newport News.  
Also, he could check Blimp Headquarters in Pompano Beach Florida to check the schedule.  
I was a store Manager for Goodyear back in the late seventies and early eighties and this is how I used to check when the blimp was in town.
