NARRATIVE

At 9:10 PM in Cleveland, OH 41.30.24.28 N 87.37.21.13 W.   There was a bright flash that came from the sky, over the Cleveland Clinic Campus.  Cleveland Clinic Police was contact for any knowledge of the flash, they reported that there was a power surge, but unaware of the bright flash in the sky until i told them.  This flash cause all light to flicker in my apartment, and all street lights to turn off. The weather condition was snowing, and no sound of thunder from the lighting.
This make this very strange, i will consider these events as possible UFO siting over Cleveland Clinic campus in Cleveland, Ohio.
