Stationary, odd shaped (almost plane like) object in sky - did not move at all - 15 miles east of Key West, FL along Rt. 1.

My wife and I were traveling up Rt. 1 from Key West back to Miami.  Around Radio Marti, Bay Point Park near mile marker 15, we saw a white object that was stationary and it did not move.  It was up about 2,000 feet  in the air.  It could have not been a blimp because there was absolutely no movement.  It appeared to receive reflection from the setting sun.  It was a cream white object.
The object had a short cigar shape and in the front it went up in a circular fashion.  It looked like it had one wing on one side but not on the other.  It may have had a back tail fin.  There was something black below the back tail, square shape.  If it were a weather balloon or blimp, it simply did not move.
The two weirdest things that we noticed was the very odd shape, no sound, and no movement but up in the air about 2,000 feet.  My camera shot made it look like a white dot with no form.  It looked like another truck pulled over before us to look at it; the rest of the traffic was oblivious to it.
