on the night a buddy and me saw said ufo, it was approx. 5 feet above power lines going only about 5 miles per hour. It had no visible means of staying in the air like a plane or helicopter, and no propelloe, or exhaust thrust. We were so close to it. We could have easily hit it with a rock hard. IT WAS MAKING A DEEP HUMMING SOUND. AND ALTHOUGH IT DID HAVE MISC. COLORED LIGHTS LIKE HEADLIGHTS THEY DID NOT HAVE A BEAM OR SHINE LIKE LIGHTS ON A CAR. IT HAD NO WINDOWS AT ALL, AND WAS ANGULAR DESIGNED, AND SILVER COLORED. I WOULD SAY IT WAS ABOUT 20 FT. WIDE, 10 TO 12 FT. HT., AND APPROX. 30 FT. IN LGTH.

NARRATIVE

I DONT KNOW WHO WAS DRIVING THIS MACHINE, BUT ALL I KNOW IT WAS 1968,  AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING THAT MODERN AS OF 2011.  IT WOULD MAKE THE SPACE SHUTTLE LOOK RATHER ANTIQUATED., AND ANY MODERN JET I HAVE SEEN INCLUDING THE STEALTH PLANE.  
THEY DID NOT ABDUCT US, BUT SURELY SAW US..  
I HAVE TALKED WITH PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY MAY HAVE BEEN RECHARGING ENGINE OVER POWER LINES.
