Drone or Helicopter at Eagles Game over Philadelphia?
Hi I need some help determining if the blinking light that I saw at the Eagles/Packers game today was a drone or a helicopter.  The blinking white light hovered in one place for about 15 minutes.  Eventually it moved to the right towards I-95.  

The view I had was section 202 looking into the city.  This was filmed at about 7:06 PM ET.  The lights then moved to the right.   It did come back to a place close to its original location about 10 minutes later. 

The first video I film the blinking light and then pan to another blinking light on the opposite side of the stadium that looks to be a stationary blinking light on a structure near the PHL airport.  

Prior to and after filming I check Flight Radar24 and nothing showed as being directly over the city in that location.  It could have been a police helicopter as I am not sure of that data shows up on flight radar or not.  

I am looking for feedback or ways to check to see of there was a helicopter in that location.  The blinking light definitely was hovering on place and was not a plane approaching PHL.  There were plenty of planes approaching PHL from the area I pan towards the end of the video.  

I have a second clip I can upload from 10 minutes later.
