Crawler Sighting in Medford Oregon

When is was 10ish i was in the car with my mom 3 blocks away from my old house driving home when I saw this creature. it was walking on the railroad crawling on all 4s. it was pale white with sunken eyes and a wide stretched smile. it looked right at me. my mom didnt see it but I did. I was so scared I was literally screaming and crying and I didnt want to get out of the car because I thought it would get me. mind you I was very sheltered back then and hadn't seen anything like that ever in my life. I drew a picture of it after it happened.
