Huge plasma orange perfect orb

Seen a large Perfect circular translucent plasma glowing , orange orb. Had a thin ring of orange outline with a slightly darker orange core. The whole orb was about 2-3 inches big from our perspective while the core was maybe .04 inches core was also perfect circle. Between the outline and core was plasma orange translucent color. This orb Bigger then the size of the full moon. It just appeared then shoot across the sky as fast as a metor. While it was moving it looked like how a car would if it hit a pothole the orb did a slight fast dip down then up motion and went behind the treeline. No noise was heard. Perfect circle no tail no flashes just constant plasma orange perfect circle shape even the whole time it was moving it stayed a perfect circle.  Had ai recreate what it looked like. Seen in statesville nc on a clear night sky sometime in April or may. Huge orange plasma orb.
