Tic Tac above forest hills stadium during modest mouse and pixies concert

It was sitting stationary in the sky further west, then when I pulled out my phone to video it was drifting slowly next to the moon, stopped again behind a cloud, and you could see it through the cloud. Then it was gone. At the time I didnt think my phone was picking it up so I ended up with this video.
