Location: SW Ohio, northwest of Cincinnati 
Object appeared in front of my home after several loud low-flying craft. Due to the noise, I went to the window to check it out. This object was hovering silently, with flashing, pulsating light. Went to get iPhone 12 Pro Max to record. Poor quality, but captured a few seconds before it moved away and disappeared no visible flight path.
