Orb over MacDill AFB Tampa?

Orb over MacDill AFB Tampa?
For two nights in a row my wife and I have seen an orb(?) hovering over MacDill from approximately 10pm. We immediately pulled up flight tracker and confirmed it was not a conventional aircraft, and it was also not a star or satellite (at least not one that shows up on the Sky View app). I drove out to the base to see if I could get a better view but was not able to locate it due to obstructions, although I did see it from the road a couple of times on the way there (about a 5 minute drive from my house). The video included here is taken from my backyard but there is a horrible light at a plaza down the street that made it damn near impossible to get good video. I’m curious if this can be explained away by something we are not considering??
