Im So confused

Im So confused
A couple of nights ago  I saw THE WEIRDEST SHIT EVER. 

Time: 10:30
Location: Memphis, Tennessee.. Close to the Millington area. It appeared to be a plane, but it moved extremely slow compared to a plane. It had one red light. It didn’t blink. The craft also had sound, but it wasn’t loud like a plane and it didn’t sound like a helicopter. 

I’ve personally seen a Ufo before and this was extremely different than what i saw back in middle school. This is something different 

I wish i would’ve caught a picture, i was so intrigued by it. 

Side note: there has been something here affecting the lights. Street lights flashing, the lights in my home flashing. Wifi signal isn’t as good as it used to be.
