It took me weeks to spot this

I posted this on r/HighStrangeness after an attempted follow-up post got removed for character limit. But I wanted to post it here as well because I posted the original video on this sub. 

In the full video (link below) I’m focused on this orange light that looked like it was following a plane. I didn’t realize until I uploaded it, that I captured something way more interesting. In the very first second of the video there’s an orb, which I originally mistook for a star, some distance above the light I was actually filming. Zooming in and doing a frame-by-frame was the only way you could really see what’s happening. So I played with the contrast and exposure, then ran it through iMovie to zoom in and slow it down as much as possible. The movements visible in this video occur in just over half of one second. 00:00.57.

I centered the orb as best as possible, and it’s still quite hard to see once it moves, but you *can* see it. It appears to dip forward, do some kind of loop, then shoot upward. In the full video, just before the 3-second mark, I believe the same orb doubles back and appears in frame for a split second. Keep your eye on the top mid-left of the screen if you want to check for yourself. 

I have no idea what this thing is. But its ability to maneuver in such ways, at a such a high speed, is mind-blowing to me. As well as the fact that it took me weeks to notice it… and the idea that it might’ve noticed me filming it, immediately.
