What is this? Flashing red / blue Saw this today. It was moving horizontally first, stayed still for a moment, and then I started recording and it flew overhead. The motion was very smooth. It’s hard to tell in the video but the colors were alternating blinking. Date: 10/23 Time: 8:30-9pm Location: Bay Area, California
