Grey-Like Entity with Mechanical Appendage [Title Generated]

In top floor of dorm where pin is dropped, 1994, 3am ish, 3 hooded human shaped entities walk into room, i can not see their faces but there is a yellow color - it’s possibly a glow.  I’m in the bottom bunk and am freaked out however it is like they didn’t notice me notice them.  They go to the back wall area.  I get up to make a casual exit but am blocked by the strangest thing I’ve ever witnessed.  There is a rectangular box - much like a computer tower only this one was a bit larger.  This was not a computer tower.  There is a “thing” on top.  In retrospect the hooded people were watching me look at this.  On the box is a head connected to the top part of a body that was just attached or emanating out of this box.  Just a head and neck and some shoulder area with no arms.  I am in low light, a dark room with moon and street light coming in.  The head appears brown with darker brown streaks - the streaks were possibly skin creases.  The head itself appears like what a “grey” would appear as, however this is not grey and there are *no eyes* just the sockets.  I am transfixed on trying to figure out if the head can sense me or had awareness, because it appeared not to.  As i got closer to it i could see a small hole at the bottom concaved large eye socket.  Suddenly a segmented snake / tube sbaped, metal appearing appendage drops out of the socket hole with decent speed.  There is what appears to be a two bladed snips attached at the end.  The head seemed very aware.  I then shoot back and notice there is a bright white light outside of the window.  The light envelops me and i find myself in complete comfort.  I feel the sensation of being a baby having my first bath, to being asleep in the sun room of a house on the water being completely relaxed (the house would appear later in my life and was my future in laws house).  I remain in this kind of comfort for 10 or 15 min.  Then it *poof* daytime and everything is gone.  This has been on my mind a lot after the house matched up.
