Lights in the Sky Beneath the Clouds
Last night, December 31st, at 5:30 PM, I was in Siena (Italy) driving along the bypass when I noticed, not far away, a light emerging from the sky. The light was stationary and projected a faint conical beam, narrower near its source and gradually wider as it reached the ground.

At first, I thought it was the light from a projector. However, a few minutes later, as I got closer, the light began to move through the sky at an astonishing speed, tracing a sort of zigzag pattern before coming to a stop in another area, far from where I initially saw it. All of this happened within just a few seconds.

About ten minutes later, I managed to pull over and, finding a good spot, I recorded this video. You can see two lights, one of which was not visible to the naked eye.
