Coordinated UFOs, maybe drones flying over South Philly

I was going up to the deck to water check on my plants with the wind and I looked up and saw what looked like a string of stars but then they started moving very fast. And they were very coordinated. My camera couldn’t capture them without a big zoom in but I couldn’t believe my eyes. They seemed so far away but it was hard to gauge with the wind. 

Anyone else see this? I called my wife up to look but it stopped by the time she got up there.
