Was sitting outside last night, heard what sounded like plane in the distant (so not terribly loud). It was going kinda fast in a straight line but the video looks choppy. This is also in slow motion. It was about 9pm, give or take. Did not check any flight  radars, i was literally just out side to smoke a cigarette, looked up and saw it. Sky was fairly clear despite the fog, and did see one later on but didnt record it. Those flashes of blue lights I did not notice or see with my eyes. I only saw it in the video. Not sure what else to add.
